Meet Our Executive Team

Our executives are highly experienced and well-versed in the machining and fabrication industry. Their goal is to create a culture where employees can grow and prosper, and where customers are thrilled to do business with Fabritek-Winchester Tool.

President & CEO

Robert H. Hahn, Jr.

Fabritek Company Inc. started as a traditional Machine Shop serving Winchester and surrounding areas. Fabritek prospered under the direction of its founder, Robert H. Hahn, Sr.

Today Fabritek-Winchester Tool has over 80 employees and continues to grow under the leadership of Robert H. Hahn, Jr.

Vice President & COO

Matthew Hahn

Matt’s entrepreneurial spirit has led Fabritek-Winchester Tool to new levels of technology and capability, from robotic welding to 3-D printing.

Office and Accounting Manager

Marsha Gochenour

Marsha is responsible for the financial health of the company. Under her leadership, Fabritek-Winchester Tool remains profitable to the point that we have created a profit sharing program to share the company’s success with the people who made it happen—our employees.

General Manager

Michael W. Brining, Jr.

Mike is responsible for the overall performance of Fabritek-Winchester Tool’s two locations. Mike worked his way up through the company, starting as a machinist. He has held multiple positions, including Project Manager, Machining Manager, and Operations Manager. In his role as General Manager, Mike was instrumental in the implementation of Lean throughout the organization.

Technical Manager

David Saville

Dave is responsible for Fabritek-Winchester Tool’s Apprenticeship Program and setting work standards for the entire organization. Dave has held multiple positions over his tenure. He started as a machinist, and worked his way into Project Management, then Machining Manager. He uses his experience to help new hires learn to be expert machinists and fabricators.

Outside Sales

Pepper D. Martin III

Because of his positive energy, Pepper puts the PLUS in LGBTQ+. He is responsible for comic relief and setting the bar low enough that anyone who watches him work feels better about his own performance. Pepper came to us as a charity case, and the fact that we hired him is a testimonial to the compassion of the Hahn family. They brought him in and paid him way more than he is worth when nobody else would.
